What is your returns policy?
Purchasing clothes online isn’t always straightforward; the fit, the look and the feel is not always obvious when viewing online. That’s why we offer a no risk return’s policy. You are welcome to return your Forewinds' purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns will be accepted if
- They are returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- The items are in their original condition and are resalable (unworn, unwashed and undamaged)
- All original tags and labels are still attached
- Proof of purchase is provided
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items so please choose carefully and please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
We cannot accept returns in person, please send these by tracked courier. We take no responsibility for items lost in transit. Courier costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Where are Forewinds products made?
We think it's really important that you know where and how your products are made. Most of our products are made in Christchurch, New Zealand however there are some things that we don't have capacity to make in NZ (e.g. our labels, hats and sunsleeves) these are made in Australia and China. We have full details about each product on our supply chain transparency page.
